Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. Bookting (“we”, “the platform”) is operated by JOTO LTD.

1. The service

Bookting provides booking software that lets businesses (“venues”) accept bookings on their own website. Customers book with the venue, not with us. The venue is solely responsible for delivering the service a customer books.

2. Fees

No monthly fee, no contract. We charge a small platform fee per paid booking, collected automatically at checkout via Stripe. Fees may change with reasonable notice. Venues may stop using Bookting at any time.

3. Payments and payouts

Payments are processed by Stripe. Customers pay the venue directly; our platform fee is deducted before the funds reach the venue. Each venue must complete Stripe onboarding to take paid bookings. Refunds and disputes between customers and venues are the venue’s responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Bookting for unlawful bookings, to mislead customers, or to process payments unrelated to genuine bookings. We may suspend venues that violate these terms or Stripe’s rules.

5. Liability

Bookting is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed bookings, double bookings caused by venue configuration, or third-party outages (including Stripe, email providers, or hosting). To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

6. Data

Venues own their customer data. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
