Bookting / Developers

Build on Bookting

Three ways to integrate: the embed widget, the read API, and outbound webhooks. Your API key is in Dashboard → Embed & API.

1 · Embed the booking widget

One script tag puts your full booking flow on any website. Replace YOUR-SLUG:

<script src="https://bookting.co.uk/booking-widget.js" data-slug="YOUR-SLUG" async></script>

Or link straight to your booking page: https://bookting.co.uk/book/YOUR-SLUG. UTM params (?utm_source=instagram) are captured on every booking.

On WordPress? Use the official Bookting plugin — floating button, [bookting] shortcode, and a Gutenberg block, no code needed.

2 · Read API

GET your data out — works with Zapier, Make, or anything that can fetch a URL.

GET https://bookting.co.uk/api/v1?resource=bookings&key=YOUR_API_KEY
GET https://bookting.co.uk/api/v1?resource=services&key=YOUR_API_KEY
GET https://bookting.co.uk/api/v1?resource=customers&key=YOUR_API_KEY

# or send the key as a header:
Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY

# optional: &limit=500 (max)

bookings — id, startAt, partySize, status, customer name/email, priceCents, paidCents, source, createdAt

services — id, name, kind, durationMin, priceCents, capacity, category

customers — id, name, email, phone, member, vip, createdAt

3 · Webhooks

Add endpoints in Dashboard → Embed & API. Bookting POSTs JSON when things happen:

POST your-endpoint
{
  "event": "booking.created",        // or booking.cancelled
  "bookingId": "clx...",
  "startAt": "2026-10-12T14:00:00Z",
  "businessId": "clx..."
}

Other endpoints

GET /api/slots?slug=YOUR-SLUG&serviceId=ID&date=YYYY-MM-DD  → live availability
GET /api/voucher?code=CODE                                     → voucher balance
GET /api/export?businessId=ID → bookings CSV (logged in)
